You may have noticed that I have revamped the look and theme of this site. Truth is, I felt so attached to my previous theme ( and I really wonder how I can be sentimental towards an inanimate object!) so it took me sometime before I got down and made the theme changes.
One of the reasons why I wanted to clean-up my blog is that I realized I was wasting some valuable ad spaces with my previous theme. Once I have decided on which new theme to use, I’ve been doing some research on which Ad Marketplace network should I sign-up with to help me sell my ad spaces. I chose to try them out for several reasons.
- I’ve been reading a lot of good writeups and positive feedback about them. I like reading other people’s testimonies first before making the jump.

- PerformancingAds have a weekly ad booking/pricing scheme. I wanted to try this out as opposed to other ad networs with daily ad bookings. I believe this will offer more value for money to advertisers due to longer exposures and for publishers, having the ad spot booked on a weekly basis means you can have a sure income for the week compared to unstable daily ad bookings.
- Their affiliate program is great. Affiliates can earn a recurring income from their referrals.
- Their site is easy to navigate and it won’t take a genius to figure out how to get things working for you. If you are lost, I find their Help page simple, yet very comprehensive.
And so I signed up and in less than two weeks I had an ad spot booked. Yahoo! Seems I made a right choice..
