I’m not really in a mood to blog hence the sporadic posts but I’m always in the mood to eat lol! So don’t be surprised, even in my blogging laziness, I still have to drop a post about food.
Here’s what I made last Tuesday. I {again..} forgot to go to the grocery so we didn’t have anything much to cook. When I asked the little one what she wants for dinner, she said {no, she actually shrieked!}, PASTA! Opps, what’s in the cupboard?
We had two cans of sardines in tomato sauce, thank goodness there was about 500 grams of spaghetti,a few crab sticks and some cheese. So I whipped this easy to cook sardine and crabmeat spaghetti.
Flake the sardines first, then heat olive oil, throw in some minced garlic, once its starting to smell really good, add in the sardines and the crab meat. Season with salt, sugar, pepper and oregano. Serve hot with cooked spaghetti, sprinkle with grated cheese. Cooks fast and easy on the budget too =)

oh, who else does not love eating:))) i had pasta in a jiffy post last week. as you’d say minsan kun anu lang nasa cupboard, basta creative ka, may yummyliscious food na:)))

@Luna, yes she did. but the odds were on my side coz kiddo loves seafoods. she rarely eats meat and prefers fish, shrimps and crabs. She even asked me if she could bring some to school =)

masarap sya sis.. and if you’re bothered by sardines smell, the oregano and the olive oil somehow offsets it =)
