As an old French colony, Cambodia and Phnom Penh has its fair share of beautiful French style buildings. But this one is my favorite. I know its an abandoned building and badly neglected but to me that gives it a different sort of appeal. I’m thinking ghosts and vampires whenever I see it.
But, it is one beautiful building right? This is located in front of National Museum, Phnom Penh.
Lui, I think this building is now owned by FCC and they’re going to have it refurbished… but for the meantime while nothing is being done, it has become a venue for disco parties.
How I wish buildings like this one will be restored! It’s a national treasure!

@Inside Cambodia, true. as in i think this is the most detailed and prettiest of the French buildings here. Ornate ang details nya unlike other buildings na medyo plain..i wish they’d turn this into a hotel, ill book pagopening lolz
