Last weekend we were in Sihanoukville, for a few days of sun, sea and sand. Whenever we go there, we always try out different restaurants and before we left for Phnom Penh, we had lunch on a sea side restaurant. Chhne Meas Restaurant near Victory Beach, serving Khmer and Chinese food. We picked it mainly for the views, it was right next to the beach!
Of course, we ordered sea foods and this is easily my favorite! Squid Stir-Fried with Onions and Kampot Pepper. The dish was served with the famous Cambodian peppercorns plus some more grounded and deliciously coating each slice of squid. Yummy, super yummy!

I can finally eat some of this after Sunday. I can’t wait.

I always cook squid either as adobong pusit. Now I can stir-fry it. =)
It’s easy lang, I’ve tried it too at home. A really good alternative to adobo =)
I love Squid! stir-fry or adobo will do!
