Busy as a bee!
Another living in Phnom Penh post..Well.. its holidays here like I’ve mentioned. I’m supposed to be relaxing and all but I’m just buried to the hilt with work. I could just so easily take the easy way out and work just a bit and enjoy the holidays but I’ve got this feeling if I do this I’ll never be done with what I’m supposed to finish.
Gah!!! It’s quite hard to be a mom, a housekeeper {hehe I’ve got no help here but thank God for washing machines and such..} and to also work. Scheduling is just the hardest thing to do. Take for instance yesterday, I woke up early to fix breakfast, then I settled into my desk to work, then I totally forgot to prepare lunch. Thank God, we had some leftovers from last night and that’s what we and Chinks ate.
Chinks was also bugging me to take her out. Poor kiddo, her playmates are mostly in the province. I felt so guilty so I took her on a bookstore trip, picked out some art and school supplies. Then we went to Sovanna Mall and I let her play on their playground. We also had early dinner there. When we got home it was time for me to resume work.
Aside from the web project I took on, I also have my blogs to update and I really really don’t want to keep my blogs stale for a long time. So I still post at least once or twice a week on my blogs. Good news is, I’m making definite progress. And its a good experience too, to be able to complete it and also try my hand at multi-tasking lol! For the past week, I’ve been sleeping really late and I think I already look frightful and I constantly wonder aboutwrinkle creams that work.
Then again, a good long, peaceful sleep is just what I’ll need. Today, I’ll still be working. But tomorrow, we’ll be off visiting pagodas, and the rest of the day I plan on just resting. As for the weekend, let’s wait and see whatever comes up..

Me, too! But I guess this is better than complaining about being idle, eh? Choose the lesser evil na lang! hahaha. Let’s meet next week!!
