I want to get myself a gym membership, unfortunately I see no gyms near our place. The nearest decent one is still a few minutes drive from home and I really don’t want to waste my time.
Since June I’ve decided to go full time into blogging and building websites so I mostly spend my time sitting in from of the computer. And I don’t feel so good about that. I usually stop working around 5 pm and then I go for a walk around our place and if I can find sometime early morning I do some jogging or biking too.
I still wanna do more exercise though so I’m thinking of buying either a stationary bike or a treadmill so I could get into it anytime of the day or while my online activities are on a lull. I’m actually scared of gaining a lot of weight due to inactivity plus my metabolism is notthat fast too so I don’t easily burn off calories.












Hi Lui. You are right, our kind of lifestyle now is making us gain a lot of weight. Kakatakot ano? We have a stationary bike at home, but it’s gathering dust. At the end of the day, neither my husband or I have extra energy to use it. Tsk. Kumusta ka na?..

I’m not so happy with my weight now. I eat healthy here (no choice! ) but then I don’t move as much..
