I haven’t been hopping and dropping much and not much postings either and for good reasons.. I’ve been helping out hubby with proofreading and printing some of his work. He’s writing his dissertation and since Chemistry is the topic that’s all I could really help on…

Aside from that I felt the need to have some distance from blogging and recharge myself so I’ve spent a lot of time doing some artworks with my daughter, Chinks. Drawing and coloring are some of the activities my daughter and I enjoy doing together.

Chinkee Drawing

Till now I am amazed that she can draw some interesting charactersand she loves telling stories while she’s drawing. She’s just five and I don’t recall ever teaching her how to draw. Just gave her lotsof coloring stuff and drawing boards.

Here’s some of her doodles..

On the left, that’s her version of a pretty spider, she says, spiders are scary sometimes but if I make it pretty then they wouldn’t be so scary. On the right, her “butterfuly princess”.

This made me feel so grateful again for being given the joy of motherhood. One of the best experiences a parent could have is seeing their kids develop and learn different things.
