Yesterday evening we have been out malling. We had dinner at a suki soup restaurant. There are lots of suki soup restaurants here in Phnom Penh, food is really yummy, steaming hot and its so affordable and Cambodians like eating soup and veggies so these resto’s are always full-packed. Anyway, after we had dinner, we were really full so we walked around the mall.
As usual hubby headed straight to the the gadgets and gaming stores. We browsed around and Chinks was asking if we could get her a playstation 3. I dunno. I’m not sure if I want to give her that distraction. I’m a bit scared she’s be so hooked into it. What age is it really ok to buy a kid a gaming gadget?
At this time she gets around a few minutes gaming time on the computer every other day. I think that is enough for her. I’d prefer her playing outdoor games than sitting around watching too much TV and too much video games. Am I being so strict or what?
