@Nicole, as of this time the direct flights are not yet a reality. sigh. the most economical way to travel though for us now is to take a bus from Phnom Penh to Saigon {$10-12} then take the plane Cebu Pacific or Philippine Airlines from SGN – MNL. Cebu Pacific now has pre-paid baggage. They don’t have free 15 kg checkin luggage anymore, you have to pay for it in advance, but the fee is not that pricey. Philippine Airlines on the other hand has the usual luggage allowances and amenities but the fares are a bit steepier..

What is the latest news now? I can’t find direct flights on either Cebu or Philippe Airlines.
Also what is the luggage limit that someone complained about?

sana nga.. i like cebu pacific pero I’d want to have more room on my seats, plus meals, and bigger luggage allowance so I hope PAL would follow suit. =)
