I really thought it would be nerve wracking to transfer this site to another host. That is one of the reasons I held back from getting a new host even if I really needed to. As of this time I am really satisfied with the way they handled the transfer. I just submitted a ticket, less than an hour I got a response for my confirmation to go ahead and in less than 12 hours my site was successfully transferred!
