I’m talking about my weight loss quest. Sigh.. Again. This is really such a hardship. Why? Why? Lol I could only ask myself that over and over again. But actually I’ve managed to lose 1.4 lbs the past two weeks. And I found myself lamenting why can’t I see any visible change?
I should actually be celebrating coz slow the weight loss may be, but its definitely some progress compared to my always stalemate results the past few months. I must be doing something right this time. I started doing weights a month ago and also upped my exercise time. I’m staying away from fatty, high calorie foods most of the time too.
This is inspiring me. I should really lose some weight. Lol! So I could fit into my dress for Christmas parties haha. No, my motivation really is that I want to be healthy and be better looking come year 2011.
